- Do you advocate the traditional 'cleanse, tone, moisturise' regime?
We advocate all that we think improves the skin condition and it is clear that looking after the skin does so. To clean and tone the skin helps enhance the moisture benefits of the products. And we go even further as we think that moisturising means applying a serum before the cream and an eye contour, depending on the skin’s needs.
- Do you have products with SPF?
Yes we do have products with SPF, especially those indicated for a daily use.
- What is the main everyday beauty skincare sin that consumers commit?
Usually, consumers don’t pay attention to cleansing their face before going to bed. This is a sin because it is key to clean the face for the evening to eliminate the impurities and dirt of the day, and to prepare the skin with the products for the overnight regeneration.
- How do you advise customers to determine their skin type?
The best thing for customers to do is to consult with a beauty advisor or a dermatologist. In Pond’s we offer different products and ranges to address different types of skin and different needs.
- Can your range be used on spotty skin?
Some of the products can be used on that kind of skin. The key thing for skin, especially when it’s spotty, is to cleanse and hydrate every day.
- Do you advise different skincare throughout the seasons?
Depending on the skin type, some skin might need a deeper moisturisation during winter time, or specific care if it’s sensitive.
